15 Of The Most Ridiculous Snapchats Of All Time
You know all about GMail, Facebook, Twitter and even Tinder, don’t you? But, unless you’re a teenager, some of the newer apps might still confuse you. Don’t worry if that is the case, they confuse us too. Don’t even get us started on Periscope… But how about Snapchat? It’s a mobile app that allows users to send their friends videos and pictures that self destruct after only a few seconds. Sounds safe, right? Well, not quite. You can still screenshot these often risque photographs. And then the world can see them. We’ve rounded up fifteen examples of when Snapchat goes badly wrong for people for your viewing pleasure… Or is just so ridiculous it almost defies logic and belief. Enjoy!
When the other person on the end of your self-destructing Mission: Impossible-style photo message has only a few seconds to glance at your pic and make their mind up about what’s going on, you don’t need to make any grand point or thought or message to get across. You can keep keep it simple. Like sending a snap of your dog answering a banana. Done.
‘Bae’. We don’t know where it started from, but it’s certainly one of those buzzwords that looks like it’s going to be here to stay. While a lot of people might argue that anyone that says ‘bae’ should be kicked in the ‘fae’, we don’t mind it. We also don’t object to people looking after their ‘bae’ (which kinda means ‘babe’). Even when it is a burrito.
Let’s hope this guy’s Snapchat joke was just a joke and he was only making a gag here with this silly fake Beyonce ID. Only the other scenario is too much to bear. That’s right, it’d see a fully-grown man pretending to be an Rn’B diva with a pretty little pink ID card. That said, we don’t know what the guy looks like. Maybe he’s the spitting image of Beyonce Knowles, who Knowles? Sorry – we mean knows.
More daftness from a Snapchatter here as we see a guitarist and wannabe stripper making a pretty cheesy, but amusing pun nonetheless. Does this singer-songwriter play gigs in strip clubs? Or does he just have play to crowds that like to show their appreciation via dollar bill tips? How odd. Still, it’s funny. And we just though Snapchat was sending randoms nudey pictures…
So when we thought of the app as just a platform for teenagers to send each other photographs of themselves in the buff, it turns out that it’s actually the home to some serious horror. Like we see here in this Snapchat. A bizarre monstrous creature is formed after a bottle of mineral water is snatched from a multipack. And the world saw it via their little yellow application.
When you’re planning a secret party, you’ve gotta keep things on the down-low. Clear the evidence away – treat it like a murder scene. You can’t be caught. But there’s little you can do about a yard full of snow with the footprints of a hundred people embedded into it. So, you’re caught. You’re busted. There’s little else to do, but kick back and stick a picture of it up on Snapchat for LOLS.
It’s not just young people that use Snapchat. Apparently, cats are big fans of the mobile phone app. It’s been a few years now that all domestic cats have cats smartphones, but it’s only recently that they’ve managed to work out how to use them. That achieved, they’re using all apps like no one’s business. This one’s demonstrating the cat selfie. Nice.
Unicorns are either mythical creatures or just very good at hiding. According to this Snapchatter, they’ve full of rainbow-colored foam too, because he claims to have hit one and it’s done this to his car windscreen. We think this person should have alerted the authorities instead of Snapchatting this. We don’t know what authority that’d be, mind.
Dogs are dumb. Sure, they’re cute and adorable and everyone loves them, but they’re stupid. There’s no getting around it. And this brilliantly hilarious Snapchat proves this theory absolutely. After all, this pet pooch has been suckered into thinking that treat time sees him queuing up. And he’s at the back of the line. Behind a bunch of stuffed animals. See? DUMB.
The Crazy Cat Lady. We’ve all got our views and ideas about what one of them should look like. Elderly, mad shocks of white hair, a cat hair-covered dirty cardigan, you know the drill. But online? There aren’t many old people. So we see the younger generation of Crazy Cat Lady. Able to use phone apps like Snapchat to express their obsessive love of felines. What a sweatshirt this is, huh?
Snapchat here, being used for banter. We don’t know who sent this Snapchat or who received it, but it’s a Helluva burn. Fifty seats, all empty. This could be the start of a severe beef between two people, all conducted via the medium of smartphone photo-sharing apps. Who knows how much chair-based offense might be caused in the near future…
Who knew that Ke$ha and Pitbull based their smash hit pop single ‘Timber’ was based, in part, on The Complete Works of William Shakespeare? Well, this Snapchat fan did. He recognized this passage from Romeo & Juliet and knew straight away. And now we know. This Snapchat business can be informative as well as entertaining.
This Snapchat could well be entitled, ‘That Awkward Moment When You Match The School Bathroom’. It’s a risky outfit at the best of times, anyway. Spill any ink or anything down yourself and you find yourself looking like a walking human crossword puzzle. Don’t and you’re left looking like your school bathroom.
Here’s how to turn an innocent little pun, a touch of fun and wordplay into a partial viral success. Get your gag on Snapchat and hope that you feature on 4AllFails! Hey, look – it’s work for this young joker. Hey, look – it might not be the funniest thing anyone’s ever heard, but it’s been heard. GO SNAPCHAT.
More ‘bae’ work here as we see what looks like it could be a classic selfie fail, but it’s not. If we’ve learned anything from this post so far – and we probably haven’t – it’s that Snapchatters are a funny bunch. A gang of clowns doing silly things to make their followers laugh. And why not? This one’s pretty darn amusing…
